Virtual tour for visitors
Our application has a virtual assistant that guides visitors during their tour, providing detailed information about each space and point of interest of the museum. This virtual assistant is designed to offer an interactive and personalized experience, adapting to the needs and interests of each visitor. By using the application, users can obtain historical data, curiosities and specific details about the exhibits, enriching their understanding and appreciation of the museum’s collections.
One of the outstanding features of the application is the ability to visualize the museum’s rooms and access multilingual content (text, audio, video and images) through physical QR codes. These QR codes are strategically located at different points in the museum, allowing visitors to scan them with their mobile devices to obtain additional information in the language of their choice. This multilingual functionality includes several languages, ensuring that international visitors can fully enjoy their visit, regardless of their mother tongue.
Complementing the application, we have developed a content management system, which uses advanced artificial intelligence to automatically generate audio in several languages and with different voices. This technology not only streamlines content creation, but also ensures consistent quality and an enjoyable listening experience for all users. The ability to produce audios with different intonations and vocal styles adds a level of personalization that further enhances the visitor experience.
In addition, we have developed exclusive audiovisual content about the End of the World Lighthouse, a historical and cultural icon of great relevance. This content includes an exclusive interview with Carlos Vairo, who shares his knowledge and perspectives on the importance of the lighthouse. We have also created a 360° audiovisual content through the lighthouse model located on the museum grounds. This immersive experience allows visitors to explore every detail of the lighthouse from different angles, bringing them closer to the history and significance of this iconic site in a unique and immersive way.
